Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Thawing Your Patties
Remove the Quicksear burger patties from the freezer and thaw to room temperature using your preferred method.
Step 2: Reheating Your Patties
Prepare a hot water bath with hot tap water in a large bowl.
- Submerge the packaged patties in the water, letting them sit for 10 minutes.
- Replace the water with fresh hot tap water, submerging the patties for another 10 minutes.
Step 3: Preparing Toppings and Sauces
While the patties are reheating, prepare your toppings: wash and slice lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions.
- Toast the hamburger buns and set out ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and pickles.
Step 4: Searing Your Patties
Remove the patties from the packaging and pat them dry.
- Preheat your grill or pan over high heat. If pan-searing, add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Sear the patties for 1 minute on each side. Add a slice of cheese to each patty after flipping, allowing it to melt.
